Supplier: EXF Fitness

More EXF Fitness details
EXF created a bespoke functional training rig for Third Space
Bespoke fitness manufacturer EXF has extended its relationship with Third Space, by supplying the luxury fitness group with London’s largest functional training rig at its Canary Wharf club. Inspired by a love of strength and conditioning, functional training and combat arts, The Yard, features EXF’s bespoke storage, flooring and functional training rig solutions.

Following a similar installation with the group last year, EXF’s relationship with Third Space continues to flourish. This latest partnership has seen EXF aid the transformation of the site’s former sports hall, into a dedicated 745 square metre flexible training space. The Yard is home to an open gym space, a dedicated combat zone on a mezzanine level and a 220 cubic metre functional training rig.

The rig was built-to-measure and to fit in with the aesthetics and feel of the new space, whilst also being a practically efficient workout space. The rig also includes two custom built peg boards.

New flooring has been fitted throughout including EXF designed functional performance flooring, strength flooring and a 15m three lane indoor track. All flooring has been supplied by EXF in bespoke colours and the combat area, features bespoke wall pads. Additionally, EXF has also fitted the site with nine full racks with platforms and a wide range of training accessories including prowler sledges, farmer’s walk handles and weight plates.

Finally, EXF supplied a bespoke floor mounted rig in the club’s new Canada studio and a 6m by 2.8m branded ball rebound wall which includes inlaid ball wall targets.

EXF design and manufacture equipment from their UK base in Suffolk.

EXF offer so much more than modular systems and pick and mix installations, they don’t stock ‘standard’ sizes as everything is produced to a bespoke design. 25 years of experience means they can create high-quality fitness experiences in even the most challenging of spaces, providing everything from the flooring, to the equipment, to the storage.

Without these limits and restrictions, EXF are able to create the most exciting and innovative workout experiences in fitness; their work can be seen in Gymbox, Ministry Does Fitness and Mob45 to name a few.

The in-house installation team is able to work with the utmost flexibility to suit any schedule. EXF believe wholeheartedly in premium quality and offer unrivalled guarantees to give you complete piece of mind. The flooring products all confirm to EN standards.

EXF is also a truly British manufacturing option for any company currently producing their products abroad and their innovative ideas often mean they can produce products locally for the same or less cost without a dip in quality.
