IDASS Fitness keep an eye on hazards

Supplier: IDASS Fitness

More IDASS Fitness details
The protective interlocking matting supplied by IDASS Fitness continues to be used where loose laid mats are not suitable.

With recent contracts for numerous leisure centres and private clubs, the focus on improving standard has lead IDASS to check that their solid rubber interlocking mats have been tested for Fire standards EN ISO 9239-1, 11925-2 and 13501-1. This is above and beyond many other flooring suppliers.

Also, there are now yellow edges available for the firm and rubber mats; previously the options were blue, red grey and black, the same colour options as the firm density mats.

IDASS have three levels of 20mm thick interlocking mats - a solid rubber for free weights areas, a firm mat for lighter weights and cardio, and the soft mat for functional weights, stretch or play areas.

The firm matting is used extensively where noise vibration is an issue, as is often the case in shared premises.
