Supplier: Elemis Ltd

More Elemis Ltd details
The new additions are billed as 'a balanced skincare plan to awaken a healthy, vibrant and outdoor-fresh look'
Elemis has expanded its Superfood range to include four new products, including a multi-use hydrating mist, a jelly exfoliator and two treatment masks.

The new products, which are billed as a "finely balanced skincare plan to awaken a healthy, vibrant and outdoor-fresh look", combine concentrates extracted from nutrient-dense superfoods with active pre-biotics, to nourish the skin, as well as protect and maintain the skin's microbiome.

Containing soy-derived Kefir ferment with pre-biotic technology, the Kefir Tea Mist is a four-in-one treatment mist that acts as a toner, primer, setting spray and hydration mist. It is designed to brighten and tone the skin, while antioxidant rich rooibos tea extract and coconut water boosts radiance and hydrates the skin.

The Superfood Blackcurrant Jelly Exfoliator features a unique "jam-gel" texture and contains sustainably-sourced blackcurrant fruit pulp, which acts as an exfoliant, while bilberry extract, black tea extract and glycerin locks in moisture, leaving the complexion softer, smoother and more hydrated.

Featuring Brazilian purple clay and a Superberry Complex, the Superfood Berry Boost Mask is a purifying mask that mattifies the skin, minimises the appearance of pores and absorbs excess oil. Its Superberry Complex, comprising of blackcurrant seed oil, Nordic bilberry extract, balances and hydrates, while black tea extract promises clearer skin.

The Superfood Vital Veggie Mask contains avocado and chia seed oil to intensely hydrate, passionfruit acids to brighten and gently exfoliate, while wheatgrass extract leaves the skin smooth and clear.

Nicci Anstey, director of Education at Elemis, told Spa Opportunities: "We've introduced these amazing ingredients all of the beautiful greens - the brocoli, the kale, the nettle - wrapped up in an incredible delivery system, with a lovely pre-biotic, which supports the skin's microbiome and the balance of good and bad bacteria."

The products will be incorporated into the brand's existing SuperFood Pro-Radiance facial treatment at its House of Elemis spa, as well as its partner spas, with its retail spaces offering a 15-minute 'Insta-Beauty' version of the treatment.
