Gateway is debuting CRM Plus Powered by Galaxy based on its point of sale software
Ticketing software, admission control and revenue-generating solutions developer, Gateway Ticketing Systems is exhibiting its new products at the Euro Attractions Show (EAS) in Barcelona at Booth #1605.
Gateway will showcase one of its newest solutions, Galaxy Connect.
Galaxy Connect is a cloud-based platform enabling attractions to sell more tickets real-time through one integration with any number of online travel agencies (OTAs), tour operators and your trade partners.
Another highlight at the Gateway booth will be the debut of CRM Plus | Powered by Galaxy.
This customer relationship management tool provides a 360-degree view of the customer through the wealth of data captured in Gateway’s powerful Galaxy point-of-sale software.
CRM Plus enables attractions to conduct segmentation analysis and trigger real-time personalised communications to deepen relationships with its guests.
The conference runs from 18 to 22 September with the expo being held 20 to 22 September at the Fira Gran Via Convention Center.
