The structure, specially configured to meet the needs of Windsor Leisure Centre customer dynamics, comprises three multi-level platforms housing a strategic combination of high, low, bright, innovative water features which guide visitors through to the exit via a family friendly multi-slide.

Hippo advised on suitable playfeatures for each user group identified, with a high level mast complete with a large tipping bucket providing anticipatory play for the 8+ age group and four hand operated Squirtums located on the lower platforms producing a variety of water effects targeted at children with SEN and younger children.

A spray rail provides a soft and tactile flow of water encouraging children to cover the nozzles and increase the water pressure and throw of the spray. Several interactive play panels are installed on the exterior of the structure aimed at the baby and toddler groups to encourage and develop water confidence as well as utilising all faces of the platform.

Finally, a 6m multi-slide, complete with two parallel tracks and multiple drops is extremely popular with all users who can enjoy sliding side by side with their friends or competing with others to reach the pool first.
