Gravity UK launches Total Gym Core Trainer

Supplier: Gravity UK LLP

More Gravity UK LLP details
Gravity UK has introduced the first commercial product that trains the entire core.

The Total Gym Core Trainer is a single station unit, designed to strengthen all the muscles of the core, as well as the pelvis, back, hips and shoulders to improve functional strength, enhance abdominal definition and improve overall stability of the trunk.

This easy to use piece of equipment can accommodate users of all fitness levels from new exercisers to elite athletes.

Just like the original product in the Total Gym range – the Total Gym GTS – the Core Trainer offers a virtually unlimited range of core exercises which can be progressed or regressed depending on the user’s fitness level.

The Total Gym Core Trainer is designed to facilitate a range of core exercises including the plank and the Scrunch.

Built on an incline, the Core Trainer makes it easy to begin at the user’s ability level and progress the difficulty simply by changing body position or adding movement.

The user can make the plank more dynamic by moving the lower body and foot position, or by bringing the knees to the chest to perform a scrunch.

Total Gym Core Trainer offers a unique solution for operators.  It is simple and safe to use, can be given a fixed, designated position on the gym floor and the intuitive, non-intimidating nature appeals to members from the moment it is installed.
