British Military Fitness (BMF), the UK-based outdoor fitness company, has launched a new fitness instructor iPhone application.
The 'My Fitness Instructor' app features real BMF instructors, who guide users through a tailored workout session, complete with video demonstrations of the exercises.
There are more than five million possible combinations of exercises, a 'share with a friend' option and the ability to measure your improvements in strength and stamina using the fitness test feature.
Major Robin Cope, managing director at BMF, said: "Our technology creates hundreds of thousands of unique workouts and at BMF, we believe you can only improve when your routine is kept fresh."
