Total Fitness has selected Soho Coffee Co to replace the in-house café facility at its Wilmslow club.
The move represents a shift away from simply offering a convenient catering facility aimed at a captive audience to offering a quality proposition that can be benchmarked against high street experiences.
Soho will offer organic and fairtrade Arabica coffees as well as its in-house range of fresh, ice-blended frapps, including an ‘unadulterated’ banana smoothie made from only organic milk, bananas and ice.
The company has also created a bespoke, made-to-order protein shake menu for Total Fitness members; including strawberries & cream, vanilla ice cream and double chocolate flavours, to which customers can choose to add extra protein, fresh banana, frozen strawberries or mixed berries.
