Twickenham Stadium
A successful seven-game trial has led to the installation of Addvance IT’s hospitality solution at the home of English rugby, Twickenham Stadium.
The ‘Kappture Point of Sale’ software was installed in January 2015 in time for the Six Nations fixtures against Italy, Scotland and France. The system passed all volume testing requirements and live operational demands during the three matches.
Kappture POS, which operates on the existing RFU cabled and wireless networks, combines the latest in cloud based POS software, providing powerful analytics along with 70 new iPOS Plus terminals from Wincor Nixdorf and over 350 existing POS devices, according to Addvance IT.
As part of the solution the POS software manages credit and debit card transactions, including contactless payments and wristband payments, via the Ingenico IPP350 terminal.
Kappture is fully integrated with both the Triple Jump Technology real time stock system and the POWA Tag mobile/pre-ordering solution.
