Core Health & Fitness has partnered with celebrated body builder, Dorian Yates.

As part of the partnership, Yates has recorded a series of short videos discussing his body building career, which includes several 'Mr Olympia' titles, and his training methods as well as his admiration and involvement with Core's Nautilus brand. The video's have been released on Core's social media.

A longtime fan,Yates outfitted Temple Gym, a state-of-the-art fitness facility aimed at body builders and fitness lovers that he bought in 1987, with Nautilus equipment.

"I could've had any equipment I wanted but I chose Nautilus because of the unique design that isolates the muscle throughout the entire movement," Yates said.

Eve Rodwell-Davies, EMEA marketing manager at Core, said: "We are honoured to be working with Dorian Yates, a true body building legend and Nautilus Strength advocate. Dorian made working together easy - during filming he provided insight into his body building world and how he trains today."

The partnership forms part of Nautilus' fiftieth anniversary celebrations. The brand was founded by inventor Arthur Jones, who built the prototype for the first Nautilus pullover machine in 1948.

The pullover machine was not launched until the 70s, but it featured the Nautilus CAM method. An innovative method, CAM changed the way that resistance was applied in strength equipment. It features a cable pulling weights over an oval shaped pulley, which creates varied resistance, with the load being lighter at the beginning and end of the motion with full resistance is the middle.
