New Pilates accessories unveiled by APPI

Supplier: APPI Health Group

More APPI Health Group details
Newly available from the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Health Group is a range of equipment designed to enhance any Pilates session.

Included are the APPI Pilates Sock which has been designed with a non-slip sole and a seamless toe and created to help with balance, control and gripping of equipment, floor surfaces, and mats.

Ideal for use in Pilates, yoga, exercise, healthcare and the home, the one size fits all design also includes unique 'reflexology points' on the sole of the foot.

Also available is the APPI Theraband, designed to make exercises more challenging and to adapt exercises. The 1m-long accessory comes in two colours and is perfect for both upper and lower body exercises.

APPI Spikey Balls are great for home use in massaging the feet, elongating and releasing tight muscles such as the erector spinae and piriformis and for providing self-massage for the trapezius and lower back muscles. They come in a set of two 9cm balls and with exercise example sheets.

Finally, any Pilates programme can be progressed by adding the APPI Pilates Magic Circle. It adds resistance and greater endurance to exercises and can also be used to improve flexibility, balance and posture.
